By using the Villaria Home website, creating a user account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any other applicable policies published on the website. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase or using our services.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit or exclude any mandatory consumer rights granted to you under applicable law.
1. Use of the Website
Use of the website must be lawful and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the operation of the website, systematically extract data using bots or automated tools, distribute malicious code, or make unauthorized use of the Villaria Home name, trademarks, or content is prohibited.
The website may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or other operational requirements. Continuous and uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed at all times.
2. Intellectual Property
The Villaria Home name and trademarks, as well as the images, text, videos, designs, catalogues, and other content owned by Villaria Home, are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Personal use of publicly available website content is permitted. However, reproduction, publication, sale, modification, distribution, or commercial use of such content without prior authorization from Villaria Home is prohibited, except where otherwise permitted by law.
3. User Accounts
Creating a user account may be required to access certain features or place an order. Users are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials.
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or otherwise have the legal capacity to enter into a transaction under the laws of your place of residence.
Personal information is processed in accordance with the Villaria Home Privacy Policy.
4. Product Information and Images
Villaria Home makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, dimensions, materials, and specifications are presented accurately.
Due to the nature of handwoven rugs, handmade products, natural materials, and plant-based dyes used in rugs, minor variations in color, texture, dimensions, or other details may occur. Such variations may be considered part of the natural characteristics of the product.
Colors may also appear differently depending on screen type, lighting conditions, and device settings. Therefore, absolute color accuracy across all displays cannot be guaranteed.
5. Product Availability and Orders
Adding a product to your shopping cart or wishlist does not reserve the item or guarantee its availability.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An automated order-received message does not constitute final acceptance of the sale. An order becomes confirmed only after availability has been verified, the required payment has been completed, and Villaria Home has issued final confirmation.
Villaria Home may decline an order in circumstances including product unavailability, an obvious pricing error, inability to verify payment, shipping restrictions, or applicable legal requirements. If payment has already been received for an order that cannot be accepted, the relevant amount will be refunded.
6. Pricing and Payment
The price payable is the amount stated when the order or invoice is finalized, except in the case of an obvious error.
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change over time. Such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Available payment methods will be presented when the order is placed. For online payments, sensitive card information is processed directly by the relevant payment service provider. Villaria Home does not store information such as full card numbers, CVV/CVC codes, or payment passwords.
7. Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Certain products may be produced according to customer-requested dimensions, colors, materials, or other specifications.
The customer must approve the final specifications before production begins. Once production has started, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible or may be subject to costs already incurred.
Products made specifically according to a customer’s requirements are generally not eligible for standard returns, except where the product is defective, does not conform to the confirmed order, or where a non-waivable legal right applies.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times and costs are determined based on the type and dimensions of the product, destination, and shipping method. Any delivery time provided may be an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Costs arising from incorrect information or an inability to complete delivery for reasons attributable to the customer may be charged to the customer.
If damage is visible upon delivery, please contact Villaria Home as soon as possible and provide appropriate photographs to assist with our review.
9. International Orders
International orders may be subject to taxes, import duties, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless expressly stated that such charges are included in the order price, responsibility for paying them rests with the customer.
Customers are also responsible for reviewing and complying with the import regulations and restrictions applicable in the destination country.
10. Order Cancellation
You may request to modify or cancel an order before it has been finally confirmed.
Once an order has been finalized, the possibility of cancellation will depend on the status of the order, the type of product, whether shipping or production has begun, and any applicable legal requirements.
11. Returns
For eligible online purchases within Iran, a return request may be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.
The product must be returned in its original condition, without damage, staining, alteration, or inappropriate use. Any accessories, documents, product certificates, and original or dedicated packaging, where applicable, must also be returned with the product.
Where a product is returned voluntarily and is otherwise undamaged and as ordered, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
For international customers, where mandatory laws in the customer’s country of residence provide greater rights of return or cancellation, those statutory rights will apply.
12. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If a product is defective or damaged upon delivery, or does not correspond to the confirmed order, Villaria Home will review the matter and, where the claim is approved, may repair or replace the product or issue an appropriate refund depending on the circumstances.
Where the defect, error, or approved shipping damage is attributable to Villaria Home or to a shipping process for which we accept responsibility, the customer will not be responsible for reasonable return shipping costs.
13. Product Warranties
Any warranty, including a warranty covering rug color or weave, applies only where the existence and duration of that warranty are expressly stated on the product page, invoice, or product certificate.
A warranty may not cover damage caused by improper use or maintenance, chemical substances, excessive or abnormal moisture, accidents, or repairs carried out by unauthorized parties.
14. Consultation Services and Digital Previews
Recommendations relating to rugs, furniture, colors, dimensions, or layout are based on the information and images supplied by the customer.
Digital simulations, visualizations, and previews are provided solely to assist with decision-making. The final appearance may differ from a digital preview due to lighting, perspective, display settings, materials, and the actual conditions of the space.
15. Third-Party Links and Services
The website may contain links to payment providers, social media platforms, or other third-party services.
Use of these services is subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the relevant third-party providers. Villaria Home does not have full control over the operation of such third-party services.
16. Liability and Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Villaria Home does not exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Villaria Home will not be liable for delays, disruption, or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, sanctions, major transportation disruptions, or infrastructure failures.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek to resolve the matter through direct communication with the Villaria Home team. If no resolution is reached, the matter may be referred to the competent legal authority.

Villaria Home may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in its services, procedures, or legal requirements.
